2invision Managed Services becomes part of Odin Groep

With the acquisition of 2invision, headquartered in Nuth (Limburg) with offices in Waalre and Herentals (Belgium), Odin Groep strengthens its market position in the southern Netherlands and enters the Belgian market. All 30 employees and the entire customer base of 2invision will be taken over as part of the transaction.

For Odin Groep, which already operates from locations in the eastern and central Netherlands, this acquisition aligns perfectly with its ambition to grow as a Managed Service Provider in the south of the country. CEO Arno Witvliet welcomes this step:

For existing 2invision customers, it is particularly valuable that, in addition to the current product portfolio, they will in time gain access to the broader Previder portfolio.”

Through the acquisition by Odin Groep, 2invision is well positioned for the future.
