Previder strengthens position in Belgium through acquisition of AppSys ICT Group
Previder Belgium has reached an agreement to acquire AppSys ICT Group, a full-service IT organization with a strong position in the Belgian market. As part of the acquisition, AppSys will become part of Previder’s Belgian organization. This strengthens Previder’s position as a Managed Services Provider in Belgium and marks another step in the continued growth of the organization.
AppSys ICT Group supports organizations with a broad portfolio of IT services and brings extensive expertise, long-standing customer relationships and a team of approximately 70 employees. This makes AppSys a valuable addition to Previder’s existing capabilities and expertise.
The acquisition builds on the earlier acquisitions of 2invision and Assyst Europe. Together, these organizations provide a strong foundation for the continued development of Previder Belgium, part of the Netherlands-based Odin Group, which will operate from locations in Braine-l’Alleud, Houthalen-Helchteren and Peer.

With AppSys joining the organization, Previder expands its local presence in Belgium. In the coming period, the focus will be on bringing the organizations together, with continuity for customers and employees as a key priority.
The current AppSys management team will remain closely involved. Kris Nijs will become Managing Director of Previder Belgium, while Werner Jans will take on the role of Director Transformation within the group. In these roles, they will contribute to the continued development of Previder’s Belgian organization.
Together, Previder and AppSys will continue to build reliable, secure and future-ready IT solutions for organizations across Belgium.
